Contact the relevant bankers and moneylenders, and transfer two hundred dragons from my secret Barovian hoard to the accounts of Tenerost Blackbough; likewise six hundred dragons to Atrocha Vipereye, and ten dragons to Natu Nofele. The last should be made with absolutely no way to trace the source of the funds, but this is not such a pressing concern for the other two.
Write a brief letter stating that there is evidence that the so-called “traveller’s plague” is no plague at all, but a curse of otherworldly origin, and request assistance in discovering more information about it. Make two copies of this letter, and do not sign them, but seal them with my copy of my father’s seal. Send one to Trade Prince Wakanga O’tamu, and the other to Holy Mother Yulta of the Temple of Savras in Port Nyanzaru.
Do these things in utmost secrecy from both the Winterstars and the Tornsails.
